These terms govern your access to and use of AutoSitu during our invite-only private beta. By using the service, you agree to them.

Beta access

Access is granted to approved, whitelisted teams only. We may add, change, or remove features at any time during the beta, and access may be revoked if these terms are violated.

Acceptable use

You agree to upload only plans and documents you are authorized to share, and not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or disrupt its operation.

Review outputs

AutoSitu surfaces potential compliance, constructability, and QA/QC issues to assist your team. Outputs are decision support, not a substitute for licensed professional judgment or the authority having jurisdiction. You remain responsible for final review decisions.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your plans and content. AutoSitu retains all rights to the platform, models, and software. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during the beta.

Disclaimer & liability

The beta is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoSitu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
